A biometric counter has been installed at the main Administration block of the University to help monitor the time staff report for work and when they leave the office.
KNUST has signed an MOU with the Spiritan Institute of Philosophy (SIP), a Catholic academic institution at Ejisu in the Ashanti Region, to officially pronounce SIP an affiliate of KNUST.
The Kabaka of Buganda, His Majesty Ronald Muwenda Mutebi II, has paid a visit to KNUST as part of his four-day visit to the Asante Kingdom.
